Spirit-Led Energy SessionsBarbara is passionate about bridging the concepts of Energy and Spiritual Transformation. Energy IS Spirit as Love in motion! Beginning with Barbara's first Reiki experience, she knew the incredible feeling of energy moving through her body and some inner knowledge of its power was reignited! This powerful energy she felt coursing through her body was Love - Divine Love.
Decades later from that first experience, Barbara now guides others to experience this same loving energy. This experiential flow of Love allows us to physically feel our constant connection with Source, when we set the intention and allow. These sessions are equally powerful as distance sessions by Zoom or Phone as we are connecting via the Quantum field. The quantum field works with intention and an allowance to the experience. One hour sessions provide immediate assistance and experiences! In just one session you will hear what Spirit feels is for your highest and best good, while working energetically with your physical and emotional body. |
Hypnotherapy SessionsBarbara is certified in Hypnotherapy from the American Council of Hypnotherapist Examiners (ACHE). Positive experiences from her own Past Life Regression exploration motivated her to be able to offer this work for her clients.
Hypnosis sessions are so valuable because they allow the answers to come through you! You are experiencing the past life, the messages, the learning that is ready to be realized. It is as if you become your own spiritual guide and can interpret those experiences in the perfect way for you. The spiritual riddle can be solved if you allow the hypnosis to lead you to the answer. |

Spiritual Coaching w/Channeled GuidanceIn these sessions, Barbara calls in assistance from Spirit - her own Guides, your personal Guides, Ascended Masters aligned with your spiritual path and all the Beings of Highest Light. Barbara weaves this assistance and connection with Spirit, along with her metaphysical tools and understanding, to create an environment for deep spiritual exploration and transformation.
Her spiritual tools and training include Tapping, Emotion Code, Ask & Receive, Quantum Healing, Hypnotherapy, Ho 'Oponopono, Consciousness training, Pendulum/Dowsing/Kinesiology, Reiki, Mediumship, among many other tools (Spirit provides more and more all the time!) Through Spirit's Guidance, Barbara brings forth the most beneficial messages and tools for the moment. These sessions can bring forth Spirit messages, and help to navigate some challenging health or personal issue. Sometimes even loved ones that passed over come to help! Deep emotional healing can occur when you hear Spirit's words of encouragement... always loving and always supportive. Reiki SessionsBarbara is a Reiki Master and teacher in the Usui/Tibetan Reiki Lineage through the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT). Barbara always utilizes her intuitive and Spirit guided gifts along with every Reiki treatment to provide a unique Reiki experience.
Reiki sessions easily and gently provide the physical body support by amplifying the chakra energy or Chi in the body, clearing the energy field of blockages, and dysfunctional energetic patterns. The Reiki Guides will join your own Guides and Barbara's Guides to create a beautiful environment for self healing. Many people feel profound peace and many self awareness messages while receiving the Reiki energy. Fully clothed and laying comfortably on a massage table, the client can deeply relax and provide the body a physical and emotionally recharging experience. People dealing with illness, trauma, anxiety and/or unknown spiritual angst can use Reiki to deep dive into self healing through the Presence of Divine Love as Reiki. |
