​FLOW.  
We speak of it so often, but it cannot be overstated. 

Flow of the body, flow of the mind, flow of the spirit. 

Flow perceived through energetic currents expressing themselves in the body, creating a flow of an emotion of peace and calm, flowing into a state of mental clearness or clarity…
the no-nothing mind which is actually the high vibration state, the God self that allows all creation to be formed. 

You can attain all of the coherence you spoke about with Mathias' teachings through a connection with the awareness and sensitivity to what being in the “flow” feels like. 

Can you be in flow and feel that there is a state of fear or anxiety?  No. 

Can you be in flow when you feel disconnected from a sense of who you really are?  You may, but you are pushing up hill… striving for something you do not even know is going to be worth your efforts when you reach it. 

Flow in the body… when you are exercising, do you feel in the flow as you push, push and push yourself to attain a certain ideology of a perfect body size or shape? 

Or is the flow of the body health felt when you are feeling rested and calm and enjoying yourself with activity? 

So… notice flow in all areas of your life.  If it does not feel like flow, then reflect on what is out of coherence and reset and start again. 

Breathe with your reset, and ask that your body mind and spirit be more in coherence with you…who you truly are and your highest version of self. 

Flow is magic.  Magic is flow.  You are flow and magic.

If I would say to my neighbor that the maple tree in my front yard is speaking to me, she would feel obliged as a nurse practitioner to suggest I might need to see a psychiatric doctor.  I know sometimes we can’t be the judge of our own sanity.  However, I am confident, and certainly hope that those who love me would agree, that I am in no need of a doctor.  Actually, if we turn it around and look at it, a psychiatric doctor might tell someone who is stressed and overburdened to just take a moment to BE with nature.  So that is exactly what I am doing, being with nature in the form of a tree. 

The speaking I hear is a wordless thought or feeling.  I am not sure where it originates, but I know that it passes by my consciousness and the messages are as clear as spoken language.
 
As a person who “uses her words”, I have often ruminated that words can sure get us in trouble!  If we could just focus on the feelings behind a statement, the intention, and hopefully the underlying love that is at play in all our most important conversations, then the world might feel like a more peaceful place.
 
So I share with you some of the messages -- not spoken humanly -- but nevertheless spoken to me by my tree. 
 
This glorious color is what I gift to you today.  Let’s be in appreciation together.

I am preparing for an unknown future.  As I let go of each leaf, I trust that my glory is still here, just being transformed.

Do you appreciate that I DO NOT DIE just because an external part of me may fall to the ground and I am laid bare?

I support my future transformation in the spring by letting go of the leaves that in turn return to the soil that supports me.  The leaves separate from me, then are transformed as a different form of me.

The bird that sings and finds comfort on me will still find respite through my transformation.  Actually, I long for the connection with those birds that bring my being to life.  They support me as I support them.

There will be activity within me.  What is outside can be misleading as to the internal growth going on.  I am just going to be still for a while and BE.

I have been blessed this year to retain most of my leaves until the last transformation of green to orange red to brilliant red to scarlet to brown.  As I have been blessed, so have you.

These are very important messages from a very important tree in my life.  I hear the Divine in those messages and I hope you can too.
 
May my tree messages resonate with you, past the words, and reach that Divine place within you.  Maybe it will spark a desire to listen more closely to your own Divine tree.

p.s.  I leave you with a cartoon that was in the paper the day I decided to write about my tree.  Here is another Divine synchronicity that I take as the heavens encouraging my blog idea.  Decisions are clear when we can see these moments of assistance.

There is a persistent clamoring occurring right now. 
It is the drumbeat of change. 

You are feeling the vibrations of the drumbeat as it echoes
off the solid institutions of your government,
off the hollow stomachs of children who are hungry,
off trees that stand tall,
....but not for long. 

These things that seemed solid and unchanging are changing. 

Ripples on the water like the reflection picture you took today…
      the ripples of change distort the picture you are used to,
      but soon, your view will widen and your perspective will change. 

​Gradually at first, but then seemingly rapid fire,
     time will seem to speed you to something different. 
For different is now to become your new normal. 

Your view will gradually brighten and expand,
allowing the full beauty of what was there all along to be seen. 

Do not be discouraged by the ripples of change. 
See them as vibrations of the future and try to welcome them as they come. 

The picture is taking shape as we speak. 
You are the artist of this picture,
       along with this collective collection of artists creating a new reality.

The energies you are feeling are truly powerful in amazing and beautiful ways.  You are very used to these inflows of energy, but others have not had your profound experiences.

​Tell them your “riding the wave” stories. 

Tell them how as you did this, you surrendered to the flow. 
Tell them that as you surrendered to the flow, the sense of connection to ALL THAT IS grew stronger. 
That as your All THAT IS connection grew stronger, your SENSE OF SELF lit up. 
As your SENSE OF SELF lit up, your ability to navigate in the world grew stronger. 
As your navigation in the world grew stronger, your sense of open possibilities expanded. 
As the sense of open possibilities expanded, so did your relationship to yourself. 
As your relationship with yourself expanded, YOU BECAME ONE with ALL expansion. 

This is the journey… the flow, or toroidal flow as you want to teach tonight. 

The toroidal flow is the energies coming through you, connecting with your heart,
      which then expands outward to reach for more energy, more connection and then
      you bring it down to your life, through connecting to the earth energies and then
      bringing the earth and heaven energies together,
      creating a beautiful flow of energy in, connection to self, and then
      expansion of that self, then bringing the new idea of self,
      back into the earth connection and then back up for more. 

This is a beautiful description of the toroidal flow which has so helped you always,
but your conceptual connection to this energy has been amplified as late and
you now share this wisdom with others. 

The light expands,
      you are that spark of light to spark others.

We support you now in all your endeavors.

You are stepping on a path that has been created for you, by you.  

As you move into this next transition, much of what you know about yourself as your truth and beliefs will be swept away in the force of the new understandings.  

You may be blown away in the energy.  But if you truly trust the source of this energy...
God... then you know the direction of your next journey will be propelled by love and nothing else.  
 
May you relax, like a leaf or a seed relaxes in the wind as it falls to the ground off a tree, a flower, a plant. 

Not to die, as energy never dies. 

However your energy will transform, sprout into a new earth, ready to begin new form, new life and new growth.  

Allow yourself to be propelled by this wind of love as it blows you in exactly the place it has prepared for you - fertile ground from which to make your new home.

You are creating yourself anew.  

Surrender to the force of all goodness, the energy of divine love.
