FLOW.
We speak of it so often, but it cannot be overstated. Flow of the body, flow of the mind, flow of the spirit. Flow perceived through energetic currents expressing themselves in the body, creating a flow of an emotion of peace and calm, flowing into a state of mental clearness or clarity… the no-nothing mind which is actually the high vibration state, the God self that allows all creation to be formed. You can attain all of the coherence you spoke about with Mathias' teachings through a connection with the awareness and sensitivity to what being in the “flow” feels like. Can you be in flow and feel that there is a state of fear or anxiety? No. Can you be in flow when you feel disconnected from a sense of who you really are? You may, but you are pushing up hill… striving for something you do not even know is going to be worth your efforts when you reach it. Flow in the body… when you are exercising, do you feel in the flow as you push, push and push yourself to attain a certain ideology of a perfect body size or shape? Or is the flow of the body health felt when you are feeling rested and calm and enjoying yourself with activity? So… notice flow in all areas of your life. If it does not feel like flow, then reflect on what is out of coherence and reset and start again. Breathe with your reset, and ask that your body mind and spirit be more in coherence with you…who you truly are and your highest version of self. Flow is magic. Magic is flow.
